This degree program in Human Resources Strategy and Technology offers students relevant professional skills and knowledge to succeed in the professional management of people within organizations.

Graduates of this degree will possess depth of knowledge as well as practical skills in the areas of human resources, technology and business. The business skills acquired by students will enable them to understand the role of Human Resource in a business context, apply business competencies in the functional areas of HR, use technology to conduct business functions thereby enabling graduates to undertake the complex requirements of Human Resources as a strategic partner.

The program provides the student with the opportunity to acquire a general background in the functions of the Human Resources Management profession and hands-on-training suited to national and international work environments, as well as a well rounded set of knowledge, skills and abilities related to general business.

The co-op educational component provides the student with the opportunity to secure a paid work-term.
