The HRSA at Seneca College was founded by Mr. Puneet Luthra (Professor) in the year of 2008. HRSA has been developed to enrich the experience of students throughout their stay at Seneca College. HRSA offers numerous resources and opportunities to participate in various competitions, social events, workshops, and much more.
