17. Convocation

17.1 Convocation

Students whose current programs will enable them to complete successfully the requirements for graduation in their degree, diploma or certificate programs, must submit a fully completed "Request to Graduate/Graduating Student Survey" form to the Registrar's Office at least three months prior to the last day of classes for that semester, in order to have their transcripts considered for graduation purposes at the promotion meetings for the semester. If not already submitted, a $50.00 convocation fee must accompany the form in order to have the request processed. Students must have successfully completed the requirements of the program in effect at the time of the request to graduate unless alternate arrangements have been approved in writing by the Chair or designate.
