Our commitment to equity and diversity includes the creation of such initiatives as the Positive Space Program which promotes an  environment where individuals feel welcome and comfortable in expressing their sexual and gender identity.

Seneca’s Resolution, Equity and Diversity Centre (REDC) is responsible for education, awareness, prevention and training programs to support a diverse and positive campus climate. It also receives, identifies and resolves issues of concern or conflict related to a College policy, procedure or legal statute. The REDC will provide confidential advice, intervention and/or referral services and where necessary, institute formal resolution measures.
